部门介绍/Department Mission:
The department is responsible for the assessment of suppliers before nomination and successful launch of suppliers until SOP. To support Purchasing sourcing activities, the department coordinates cross-functionally suppliers’ qualitative evaluation and presents Q-Rating competently in China Sourcing Committee (CSC), in compliance with Group Quality standards and in due consideration of Joint-Venture (JV) partnership in Region China.
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
Support the team with project preparation in interior, exterior, metal, powertrain parts, etc.
Track different sourcing status and integrate project schedule weekly.
Summarize data as well as update project database and supplier nomination regularly.
Arrange staff meeting, summary meeting minutes.
Other administrative tasks such as reimbursement, etc.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
Available to intern for at least 6 months.
Currently enrolled undergraduate or master's student majoring in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related Business fields(Engineering background preferred).
Excellent English skills (German language skills as a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Team working spirit, strong motivation, initiative and resilience.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Remuneration 3700 RMB/month for Bachelor, 4300 RMB/month for Master students gross.
2,500 RMB/month housing subsidy for students with non-Beijing residency and university.
